We produce gelatin capsule, enteric capsules, HPMC capsule and pullulan capsules, whose sizes are 000#, 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#、4#, 5#，as well as safe type A and safe type B(we can produce non -standard capsules for customers). Our annual output is 40 billion capsules .

 

Our company does the management strictly conforming to GMP principles. We carry out strict quality audit, estimate and test to the raw and auxiliary materials and packing material. We do the monitoring and quality check of the online products through whole process, and test the finished products according to national standard.

Our company has accumulated the capsule manufacturing technology after more than 30 years, we also have promoted and upgraded the production equipment and quality test system, to ensure the capsules quality, so qualified rate of capsules has been above 99.9%, to increase productivity, reduce filling loss, then satisfy nearly 1000 pharmaceutical customers’ usage requriment.
